Additional Costs & Information

• Tourist Tax €2 per person, per night for all guests aged 16 and over for a maximum of 5 nights for stays between April - October. €1 per guest per night between Nov - Mar. This will be charged at parity to cover processing fees.
• Pool Heating €275 per week (minimum charge 1 week), payable locally. Please request in advance to allow for a pre-heat.
• Travel Cot with linen provided €50 per week, by request, payable locally.
• Highchair €25 per week, by request, payable locally.
• Same day changeovers are not permitted.
• Odd durations over 7 nights are considered by request and charged on a Pro-Rata basis. Less than 7 nights are on request and subject to homeowners acceptance and will be calculated as follows:  4 nights and under ñ weekly price divided by 7 multiplied by 5.  5 & 6 nights will be charged the same as a weekly price
• Although the villa has a flexible arrival day we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Please always check with us to make sure the dates you require are acceptable.
• Booking deposit 30% of the villa rental or £250, whichever is the greater amount. Balance due 8 weeks before departure.
• Please note that we cannot guarantee the pool temperature. In general, pool heaters are installed and managed according to the size of the pool and health and safety guidelines but weather conditions, such as colder nights, rain and strong winds can affect the normally achievable temperature.
