They have a 24 hour emergency helpline and they are able to respond to any problem without delay. Their rates are usually substantially lower than those offered by the international car hire companies if you compare like for like.
The rates include Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) or Loss Damage Waiver (LDW). Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW) can be purchased separately.
