Villa Holiday Voucher Giveaway 2025 – Terms & Conditions 

By participating in this promotion, entrants are deemed to accept these rules and the specific directions/terms and conditions applicable to the relevant promotion as well as any terms and conditions of any relevant third party. 

  1. This prize draw is being promoted by The Villa Agency Ltd, The Hames, Ovingdean Road, Brighton, BN2 7BB. Registered in the United Kingdom 01841001 (referred to as The Villa Agency from here on in). 

How To Enter:

  1. Participation in this promotion is subject to these rules and by entering the prize draw you confirm acceptance of these conditions.
  2. To enter you must complete the entry form via The Villa Agency website. Only one entry allowed per person. No purchase is necessary.
  3. Entrants must be at least 25 years old at the time of entry, resident in the UK or Ireland, and eligible to travel to our destinations.
  4. To enter, you must provide your full name and email address.

The Prize:

  1. The prize consists of:
    • A voucher of £1000.00 (one thousand pounds) towards the villa rental of any of the villas featured on The Villa Agency website and booked via The Villa Agency.
    • Voucher can be used towards accommodation only; voucher cannot be used for flights, car hire or transfers.
    • Applies to any villa on our website for any stays that take place before 31st October 2026.
    • Accommodation and dates are subject to availability.
    • The prize excludes: the cost of pool heating and/or air conditioning, additional cleaning, travel insurance; the cost of any passports, visas, or travel documentation required for the prize winner to travel; airport transfers between the prize winner’s home and the departure airport or between the arrival airport and the villa; personal spending money; tips; or any food, drink or activities not mentioned in the prize description. Any additional taxes, costs and expenses incurred during the trip will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
    • If the total villa rental is less than the voucher value of £1000.00, no refund or credit will be issued for the difference.
    • The voucher must be redeemed in a single transaction and cannot be split across multiple bookings.
    • The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, offers or promotions.
    • The voucher cannot be used on any existing booking.
    • It is the winner’s responsibility to check that all visa, passport, travel insurance and health requirements are fulfilled.
  2. The Villa Agency booking conditions apply to any booking that is confirmed as a result of this prize, including obligations to pay any additional deposits or balance of chosen holiday.
  3. The prize may be transferred or gifted to another person by specific request in writing from the prize winner and authorisation by The Villa Agency in all cases and the villa owner if accommodation has already been confirmed. There is no cash alternative or compensation if the winner is unable to use the voucher.
  4.  In the event of cancellation by the winner, for whatever reason, no alternative prize will be given.
  5. The Villa Agency will not be held liable for a prize if it does not reach the winner for reasons beyond its reasonable control.

The Winner:

  1. The winner uses the prize at their own risk.
  2. The Villa Agency shall not be liable in any way for any failure, liability or breach by any third party in connection with this Prize Promotion or prize and accepts no responsibility for any loss, property damage or personal injury suffered by the winner relating to this Prize Promotion or the prize, except in the case of death or personal injury caused by The Villa Agency’s negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation and, so far as permitted by law, The Villa Agency, its associated companies, suppliers and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising for reasons beyond its control including any act or default of any third party supplier.
  3. The winner may be required to provide The Villa Agency with a form of proof of identity before receipt of any prize. Failure to produce sufficient evidence may result in disqualification.
  4. No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries will be accepted. Failure to comply with any of these terms and conditions (including instructions) will disqualify any entrant from taking part in the Prize Promotion and the entry will be invalid.
  5. The Villa Agency retains sole discretion to refuse entrants the right to enter if it feels that these terms and conditions are not being complied with or for any valid and justifiable reason, including abiding by The Villa Agency’s usual booking conditions.
  6. The Villa Agency reserves the right to disqualify any entrant and/or winner and/or amend these terms and conditions at any time in their absolute discretion.
  7. The entry period is 14th April 2025 -25th May 2025. The Villa Agency will select one winner at random via a computerised draw on 28th May 2025. The winner will be notified by email within three working days.
  8. If the selected winner is unreachable, ineligible, disqualified or fails to claim the prize within ten days of notification being sent by The Villa Agency, that winner automatically forfeits the prize, and another winner will be selected at The Villa Agency’s discretion.
  9. The Villa Agency’s decision in this Prize Promotion is final and legally binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  10. The winner must book their holiday by 31/7/2026.

Privacy:

  1. Entrants agree to allow their name, image and social media profile to be used by The Villa Agency for publicity purposes.
  2. This promotion may appear on social media but is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Network. 
  3. All personal data submitted by an entrant in connection with this Prize Promotion is submitted voluntarily. All personal data collected from entrants will be used by The Villa Agency for the purpose of administering the Prize Promotion and by entering this Prize Promotion, entrants’ consent to The Villa Agency using this information to contact them in respect of the prize.
  4. Entrants consent to receive The Villa Agency email newsletters containing the latest travel features, events, competitions and offers and must not unsubscribe or unfollow the social pages before the Prize Promotion has closed.
  5. If at a later stage, entrants wish to withdraw their consent to receive such materials they can select the “unsubscribe” link which can be found in the newsletters or email their request to mail@thevillaagency.co.uk. General:

  1. Employees and families of The Villa Agency are not eligible to enter the prize draw.
  2. Entrants are under no obligation to consent to emails beyond the dates specified and this in no way affects their eligibility to still enter the Prize Promotion.
  3. The Villa Agency reserves the right to modify these rules, suspend or discontinue the Prize Promotion at any time, including without limitation where it is necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control or where The Villa Agency has any reason to believe there has been a violation of these terms.
  4. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions will automatically render a prize entry void.
  5. These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with English Law.
