This substantial villa is in the heart of the residential area of Cala San Vicente, just 650 metres from the beaches of Cala Barques and Cala Molins, was once a restaurant with communal swimming pool for the locals to enjoy which acounts for the enormity of the pool and surrounding terrace. The villa is a somewhat eclectic: it has a huge kidney shape swimming pool. From a large parking area there is access to the large open hall and dining area of the villa leading onto a similarly large sitting room with comfortable seating.
Inside there is a large open plan living are with with comfortable sofas, a second seating area and a dining table. There is a fitted kitchen and six bedrooms, three with bathroom ensuite.
The outdoor areas are what makes this property so special, with views all around the fantastic pool area, it is a tranquil location yet just a short walk to the centre and beach.

Miss Buckley, May 2022: I recently stayed at the veramar grande in majorca, this villa was amazing and the pool was unbelievable! i took my family (10 of us) for my partners 40th birthday, he was so pleased with it.
