Casa Malina is a modern, two storey villa. It is in a great position just 325 metres from the lovely sandy coves of Cala Barques and Cala Molins, ideal for those who love snorkelling and diving.
The villa has high quality furnishings and fittings throughout and is approached via an exterior staircase. The bright and spacious sitting room has large windows with views to the sea in the distance which can also be enjoyed from the large roof terrace. It has three comfortable sofas and is separated from the dining room by an arch. The dining room has a solid wood table and white leather chairs and leads in turn to the immaculate, fully equipped kitchen, which has a glass breakfast table and leather chairs. The kitchen has doors opening onto the swimming pool terrace.
There is air conditioning throughout which can also be used as heating in the cooler months so this is a good choice for early or late season holidays. All the bedrooms have good quality linen, individual colour schemes and each has its own en-suite (three with showers and one with a bath).
The exterior of the house is well designed with a mosaic tiled, private swimming pool and a pool side shower, a sun terrace with plenty of sunbeds and another terrace under a pergola which has exterior furniture. The pool has roman steps, it is surrounded by a cobbled stone terrace and has lights making it look beautiful at night.
This villa is great for a family holiday. It is right in the heart of the residential area of Cala San Vicente, really close to the beaches and different amenities of the area, which is a quiet and relaxing resort in a beautiful setting.

Things we love
"We particularly love the traditional Mallorcan fincas with stone walls, wooden beams and bags of charm, often with a mountain backdrop across vibrant green valleys. The scenery is quite something."
Things to be aware of
"Away from the main, tourist areas there are some stunning and secluded beaches just off the beaten track which are well worth exploring but, remember, not all of them will have facilities so make sure you pack provisions like water and snacks just in case."
