Villa Loretta is situated in Cap Martinet, one of the most prestigious neighbourhoods of Ibiza Town. Hidden behind private gates, the villa has been designed to make the most of the wonderful sea views.
Designed by renowned architect Jaime Serra, this contemporary villa combines clean lines and modern appliances, fixtures and fittings with a relaxed, bohemian style.
The sparkling sea can be glimpsed while enjoying the pool and the outside terrace is beautifully framed by lush green lawns and tropical planting. There are plenty of areas to chill out and take in the views from the oversized day beds in the sunshine to the shaded terrace with L-shaped seating area and outside dining table.
Inside, Villa Loretta is spacious and bright with an abundance of natural light. The five bedrooms are split over the two floors and are all decorated with style and attention to details, each benefiting from views of the sea or garden. The open living spaces include a colourful sofa looking out over the pool and the bi-fold doors open completely to bring the outside inside! The kitchen is stylish and well-equipped and enjoys the same beautiful views.

Things we love
"It goes without saying that the nightlife here is world renowned but there is so much more to this beautiful island than the clubs and DJ’s it has become famous for. We highly recommend a boat trip to the pretty and peaceful Formontera beach. With turquoise waters and soft, white sand, it is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the whole of Spain."
Things to be aware of
"Parking can be tricky when visiting the main towns. It is often easier to find a car park or parking space just outside the town and wander in on foot. Restaurants can be pricey too but it is well worth exploring eateries and bars away from the main streets which can be less expensive and more authentic."
