Mountain View is surrounded by picturesque countryside and has fantastic views of the Tramuntana Mountains.
An electric gate opens onto the driveway, with space for two cars, and a covered terrace leading to the front door. The open plan living room has ample space for all the family, with comfortable seating around the ornamental fireplace and flat-screen TV. There is also a dining area to one side of the room with direct access to the covered terrace and pool area. The beamed ceilings and detailed wrought ironwork on the windows give this room a real Spanish feel. The country-style kitchen adjoins the living room and is fully equipped. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated, with a traditional touch. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin. There is a further twin bedroom upstairs, which is particularly spacious and is accessed via a staircase leading directly into the room. This room has access to a large private terrace overlooking the pool area with wonderful views of the surrounding Boquer Valley.
All bedrooms have air conditioning/heating units which, in line with local energy saving initiatives, have timers set from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.
The attractive outside area has a private pool and built-in barbeque, as well as a spacious covered dining terrace. The pool terrace and sunbathing area are surrounded by a tiled terrace and edged with a small lawn. The beach resort of Puerto Pollensa is just 1 mile away. Whether you choose to dine along the seafront, in the square, by the marina, or along the Pine Walk, you will be spoilt for choice!

Things we love
"We particularly love the traditional Mallorcan fincas with stone walls, wooden beams and bags of charm, often with a mountain backdrop across vibrant green valleys. The scenery is quite something."
Things to be aware of
"Away from the main, tourist areas there are some stunning and secluded beaches just off the beaten track which are well worth exploring but, remember, not all of them will have facilities so make sure you pack provisions like water and snacks just in case."
