This property is in a great location, just 300 metres from the stunning Cala Molins beach in Cala San Vicente, with numerous restaurants and bars also within walking distance.

The interior of the house is tastefully decorated and has a traditional feel combined with modern touches. The well equipped kitchen and dining room has doors to the pool terrace. The living room is cosy with original stone features, exposed wooden beams and comfortable sofas. 

Outside, the villa is surrounded by established plants, well kept lawn and views of the mountains.  The pool is at the rear of the property and is an unusual shape, in keeping with its rustic surroundings.  There is a built-in barbeque and outside dining furniture under a canopy, making this a lovely spot for sunset dinners.

This is a perfect choice for those wanting to be walking distance from amenities whilst maintaining their privacy and independence.

Please note, there is a roof terrace which is not for clients use. There is a makeshift barricade with chain and plants but care should be taken if travelling with inquisitive young children.
