Palomas is a farmhouse in a quiet rural setting, yet just a few minutes by car to the popular residential areas of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente. The interior has a traditional feel with all the modern features you would expect.  The living room has comfortable sofas around a feature fireplace and doors opening out onto the terrace with views of the surrounding countryside and the mountains in the distance.  The kitchen is well equipped and there is a lovely dining area with a wooden dresser and stone arch leading to the hallway.  From here, the hall leads to 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, one with en-suite bathroom and a further shared bathroom.

On the first floor, there is a second kitchen plus a further 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms making this an ideal choice for 2 families sharing.

All bedrooms have air conditioning units. Following energy saving and efficiency measures, this villa has programmed air conditioning, allowing it to be used during noon and all night.

Outside there is a fantastic brick-built barbecue with covered and uncovered terraces, outdoor furniture, sun loungers, garden furniture and a garden with a huge 72-square-metre pool with Roman steps for greater ease of access, and a practical, poolside shower.

Additional Costs & Information

  • Additional Cot & Highchair £49 per item, per week
  • Saturday arrival during July & August.
  • Although the villa has a flexible arrival day (outside of these dates) we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Please always check with us to make sure the dates you require are acceptable
  • The Balearic government require a tourist tax, payable with the final balance. For travellers over the age of 16yrs the Balearic Tourist Tax is €2.20 per person per night. This is charged at parity to allow for fluctuation rates and administration costs and will applied to your booking automatically.
  • Prices may be subject to a currency surcharge
  • Booking deposit 30% of the villa rental or £250, whichever is the greater amount. Balance due 8 weeks before departure.

"Away from the main, tourist areas there are some stunning and secluded beaches just off the beaten track which are well worth exploring but, remember, not all of them will have facilities so make sure you pack provisions like water and snacks just in case."
