Villa Rose is an immaculate and beautifully presented property in a slightly elevated position in a quiet square in the heart of Pinheiros Altos golf resort.  The golf course has 27 holes and a welcoming clubhouse and the villa is located on a hill, facing south, with the upper bedrooms and terraces enjoying a birds-eye view of the pretty course towards the Ria Formosa and the sparkling Atlantic ocean in the distance. Just a 15 minute walk across the golf course guests can easily reach the driving range, mini golf and a variety of restaurants. 

The entire property is furnished to a high standard with real attention to detail.  The ground floor is split level with a delightful entrance hall leading through to the living room and dining area.  The open plan living/dining room has high ceilings and is full of light and decorated in cream, lemon and soft grey with comfortable sofas, marble floors and patio doors leading to the terrace that overlooks the swimming pool.

The well-equipped kitchen has a large, gas, range double oven, granite worktops, breakfast bar, American style fridge/freezer with ice maker, Belfast sink and coffee maker.  There is one, en-suite room on this floor with a sofa bed suitable for 1 adult or 2 children.

An attractive staircase leads upstairs where there are 3 further en-suite bedrooms. The spacious master has a large balcony with a fabulous rural outlook towards the sea, over the Yukka trees and garden.

Outside, there is a delightful veranda with high quality outdoor seating and dining furniture and superb barbecue and all overlooking the established garden and swimming pool.  The pool has a salt water filtration system which is a lot kinder on the skin and swimming costumes!

Villa Rose is opposite Oliveiras.
