The spectacular, sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa is a little further in the opposite direction.

This delightful 3 bedroom house has a large private swimming pool and garden with a lawned area and views of the mountain tops. The villa has 2 covered terraces providing shade for the outside dining area and brick BBQ. Both terraces overlook the large, private swimming pool and spacious garden where guests can relax and sunbathe with views of the Pollensa countryside and mountains.  At the front of the property is a large private, partially covered parking area leading to the main entrance. The bright and airy living space has comfortable seating, a flatscreen TV, an ornamental wood burner and a dining area. Patio doors open onto the dining terrace, which overlooks the pool and grounds. The adjacent kitchen has plenty of space to prepare a meal, as well as a small breakfast table. From here you can access the utility room which leads back out onto the terrace. The villa has 3 fresh and comfortable bedrooms, with plenty of storage space. Both of the twin bedrooms have windows overlooking the local area, whilst the double bedroom has views over the grounds at the front of the house. All 3 bedrooms share the facilities of a bathroom and additional shower room. All bedrooms are air conditioned/heated.

In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.
