Charming villa, a short drive from Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa

Vittoria has picturesque countryside surroundings, and is just a short drive from the beautiful Pollensa Old Town where there is a great choice of traditional Spanish restaurants and quaint shops along the town's cobbled streets and lining the square. The spectacular, sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa is a little further in the opposite direction.

This delightful three-bedroom house has a large private swimming pool and garden with a lawned area and views of the mountain tops. The villa has two covered terraces providing shade for the outside dining area and brick barbecue. Both terraces overlook the large, private swimming pool and spacious garden where guests can relax and sunbathe with views of the Pollensa countryside and mountains. At the front of the property is a large private, partially covered parking area leading to the main entrance. The bright and airy living space has comfortable seating, a TV, an ornamental wood burner and a dining area. Patio doors open onto the dining terrace, which overlooks the pool and grounds. The adjacent kitchen has plenty of space to prepare a meal, as well as a small breakfast table. From here you can access the utility room which leads back out onto the terrace. The villa has three fresh and comfortable bedrooms, with plenty of storage space. Both of the twin bedrooms have windows overlooking the local area, whilst the double bedroom has views over the grounds at the front of the house. All three bedrooms share the facilities of a bathroom and additional shower room. All bedrooms have air conditioning/heating

In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.
