Chloe is a 200 year old house that was carefully renovated during the winter of 2019-2020 to modernize it while still retaining the character of the old local architecture. Among the most important improvements made in the house are the interior new floors, the addition of a fourth bathroom, as well as the extension and renovation of the pool terrace.

Air conditioning units have been installed in all of the bedrooms and the bathrooms have also been completely renovated.  There is a brand new fitted kitchen, newly tiled floors and the installation of modern lighting throughout the house. 

This house is located halfway along a secondary road that connects the town of Pollensa and the Port of Pollensa. From this convenient location, there is very easy and quick access to Port de Pollença, renowned for its beautiful coastline, lovely beaches and its great diversity of shops and restaurants, as well as its proximity to the historic town of Pollença.

From the main entrance of the house, there is access to a spacious living-dining room with a beautiful vaulted arch. This room leads to the kitchen which the owners have designed to retain the style that the farm had in former times. It is fully equipped with a small breakfast area, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a refrigerator. On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom and two full bathrooms.  To the left of the entrance is the staircase which leads to the upper floor where you will find the main living room with a large sofa and a chaise longue on which you can enjoy a good movie or catch up on your favorite series on the magnificent 65-inch television. The smart TV has a wireless internet connection so that guests can enjoy their own Amazon, Netflix or other platform accounts.  There are also 4 bedrooms on this floor and access to a terrace with far reaching views of the surrounding countryside.

There is a beautiful and peaceful garden, as well as two covered terraces, one of them home to the barbecue and outside dining terrace and the second covered terrace has an 8 foot American Pool Table.

The pool area is a splendid place to relax and take in the surroundings on comfortable loungers and a day bed. There is also an outdoor chill-out lounge.

This villa is ideally located for exploring both on foot or by bicycle since there are several traditional lanes with little traffic. By bicycle, you can reach Pollensa town or Puerto Pollensa in approximately 10 minutes.

Additional Costs & Information

  • Additional Cot & Highchair £49 per item, per week
  • Saturday changeover preferred between July & September.
  • Although the villa has a flexible arrival day (outside of these dates) we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Please always check with us to make sure the dates you require are acceptable
  • The Balearic government requires a tourist tax, payable with the final balance. For travelers over the age of 16yrs, the Balearic Tourist Tax is €2.20 per person per night. This is charged at parity to allow for fluctuation rates and administration costs and will be applied to your booking automatically.
  • Prices may be subject to a currency surcharge
  • Booking deposit 30% of the villa rental or £250, whichever is the greater amount. Balance due 8 weeks before departure.
