Villa Evie is an impressive property, recently renovated and with 4 bedrooms situated in Encosta do Lobo, adjacent to Vale do Lobo, and very close to the beach. This stunning villa is set in a quiet area and has everything you need for a fantastic holiday.
The villa is split into 3 levels. On the first floor, there are 4 spacious en-suite bedrooms, all having their own en-suite shower/bathroom, built-in wardrobes, air-conditioning and balconies. On the ground floor there is a bright, fully fitted and equipped kitchen with a large dining table with seating for 8 guests and access to the terrace and pool area. The living room is stylish and comfortable and there is real attention to detail here and throughout the property.
On the lower ground floor, there is a fun and extensive entertainment area with a pool table, tennis table, and TV room plus a useful utility room.
Outside is lovely with a good sized swimming pool and terrace. There is also a fabulous outdoor kitchen area with gas barbecue and alresco dining furniture.
