Villa Suncano I is a recently built, 350m2 villa, situated in Pomer near Pula on the Istrian Peninsula (the largest in the Adriatic Sea) and near Medulin.
The property is surrounded by natural beauty and offers guests a peaceful retreat away from the crowds and is only 250m from the sea. Suncano has 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and is modern and minimalistic in style with clean lines, contemporary decor and an abundance of natural light. The living area is fashionably open plan with huge windows and views to the lovely terrace and swimming pool.
Outside, there is a large pool terrace with outside dining furniture and barbecue and on the upstairs terrace, there is a hot tub taking full advantage of the sea views. There is also a sauna for ultimate relaxation.
There is lots to explore nearby including the beauty of the Istrian coast and crystal clear sea. The nearby, historical town of Pula has a magnificent amphitheatre (the 6th largest in the world), cobbled streets, magnificent Roman buildings, tavernas, canals and fantastic restaurants.
Suncano I is next to Suncano II making this a good choice for larger groups wanting to holiday together.

Things we love
"There is so much to love about this area. Mesmerising scenery, crystal clear waters, lovely people and THE FOOD! Foodies will love it here as there is such emphasis on gastronomy. Fresh ingredients like fish and seafood, hearty stews, fabulous olive oils and rare truffles are in abundance here."
Things to be aware of
"As with much of Croatia, the beaches are beautiful but rarely sandy. Pack your beach shoes! Many of them have pebbles and shingle which is harder underfoot but is also partly responsible for the crystal clear, turquoise, seas that you won’t see anywhere else in the world."
