Located 4km north of Ibiza town, there is handy access to the main road so it is the ideal place to enjoy the tranquility without being too far from the most exclusive beaches and the beautiful old town with its cobblestone streets, bars, restaurants, shops, sidewalk cafes, and art galleries.
Outside, there is a private and very well kept garden with sunny and shady areas and an inviting, large swimming pool area with plenty of room for sunbathing. Beside the pool is a delightful summer house with a living room with a log fire, TV and a round dining table, kitchen and washroom. There is also a covered, outdoor dining area with barbecue and two dining tables, the perfect place for al fresco dining
The main house is built over two levels and is particularly charming. Upon entering the villa there is an entrance hall which leads through to a fully equipped, stylish kitchen with dining are for six people. The kitchen has direct access to the pool area.
There are two spacious living rooms to choose from, each with its own log fire, cosy sofa and TV, and they lead out onto the covered terraces with garden furniture, where you can enjoy the magnificent views of this magical island.
