Apartment Lupin is a modern first floor apartment, accessed by steps (no lift), with two bedrooms and two bathrooms overlooking the Laguna golf course and a short walk to the Millennium Golf Club House and golf course.

The well maintained, small condominium of just sixteen apartments offers a communal swimming pool with a children’s section and lovely gardens. The apartment is spacious and well equipped and includes electric blinds, air conditioning and a large terrace leading from the lounge overlooking the communal swimming pool, gardens and golf course. The terrace has a roll-down blind and adjustable awning for added comfort.

Additional Costs & Information

  • Tourist Tax €2 per person, per night for all guests aged 16 and over for a maximum of 5 nights for stays between April - October. €1 per guest per night between Nov - Mar. This will be charged at parity to cover processing fees.
  • Travel Cot with linen provided €50 per week, by request, payable locally.
  • Highchair €25 per week, by request, payable locally.
  • Odd durations over 7 nights are considered by request and charged on a pro-rata basis. Less than 7 nights are on request and subject to homeowners acceptance and will be calculated as follows: 4 nights and under weekly price divided by 7 multiplied by 5. 5 & 6 nights will be charged the same as a weekly price
  • Although the villa has a flexible arrival day we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Please always check with us to make sure the dates you require are acceptable.
  • Booking deposit 30% of the villa rental or £250, whichever is the greater amount. Balance due 8 weeks before departure
