Safira is a magnificent property offering all the peace and seclusion of an exclusive retreat. Set on a large plot surrounded by countryside, this is an ideal choice for large groups of family or friends wanting to experience this beautiful part of the island. Situated near the quaint hamlet of Ullaró and just a 10 minute stroll to the village of Campanet, Safira is also just 20 kilometres away from the beaches of Port de Pollença and Alcudia.

Outside is splendid with beautifully landscaped gardens and a number of covered chill-out areas with a balanese vibe.  Comfy sofas, hanging chairs and bar area overlook a large swimming pool. There is a barbecue and outside dining area.  Also nestled in the garden is a pretty pond and a fabulous training room for the CrossFit aficionados! 

The main house is built on three levels with a covered porch from side to side taking full advantage of the beautiful views. There’s a large, glossy, white kitchen, perfect for catering for larger groups, and the living areas are all spacious and beautifully decorated.  There is also a separate annexe with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Nearby, in the town of Campanet, and a little further in Pollenca, there is a wide selection of excellent restaurants to choose from. If guests fancy a day at the beach, Port of Pollença and the Bahía de Alcudia are not too far away and offer white, sandy beaches.

Due to the layout of the property, different levels without rails or protection and a particularly deep pool, this house may not be suitable for young children.

Annexe - Ground floor: King size bed (twin mattresses) with ensuite shower room. First floor: King size bed with ensuite shower room. Please note as there is no handrail or bannister the first floor is not suitable for children or those with mobility issues.

Lower Level: Basement utility room.

  • The Balearic government require a tourist tax, payable with the final balance. For travellers over the age of 16yrs the Balearic Tourist Tax is €2.20 per person per night. This is charged at parity to allow for fluctuation rates and administration costs and will be allocated to your booking automatically.
  • Please note: For cancellations 60 days or less before departure the cancellation charge will be 100% 
  • Minimum rental 1 week
  • Prices outside July/August availabe on request, subject to availability
  • Booking deposit 30% of the villa rental, balance due 60 days before departure
  • Please note although there are 6 bedrooms, maximum occupancy is 10

"Away from the main, tourist areas there are some stunning and secluded beaches just off the beaten track which are well worth exploring but, remember, not all of them will have facilities so make sure you pack provisions like water and snacks just in case."
