The generously sized ground floor living areas include an open plan kitchen with a 5-metre island, a stunning double-height dining area and a 60m2 lounge with a flat-screen TV, a see-through double aspect fireplace and a double-height feature slate wall with a glass feature ceiling. Retractable sliding windows disappear into a slate wall, seamlessly joining the inside living areas with the terraces, garden and pool, which offer plenty of scope to lounge, dine and cook al-fresco.  Climb the suspended stairs to the first floor to the spacious master suite with a super king-size bed,  bathroom, dressing room, balcony terrace and lovely views over the golf course and green. Three further en-suite bedrooms on this floor have king-size beds and balconies overlooking the garden and golf. On the ground floor, there are two en-suite bedrooms with king-size beds, walk-in wardrobes and private terraces overlooking their own garden area.

The garden’s lush landscaping nods to the tropical for a zen-like vibe and the heated, 15-metre pool with electric safety cover, toddler area and shallow sun lounging section is perfect for paddlers, swimmers and sunseekers alike. The poolside sundeck and sunken area provide plenty of seating to enjoy lazy afternoons and long summer evenings with family and friends. Whatsmore, there is a high spec BBQ, burner and all-important drinks fridge in the well-equipped, covered outdoor kitchen. 

From the 180m2 roof terrace, experience 360-degree views of golf, hills and distant sea and catch a beautiful Algarvian sunset perhaps with a drink from the 5-metre long dining and roof bar. Serious sunbathers will enjoy the roof sundeck and cool down in the large shaded roof seating zone.

There are plenty of extras in the villa including a state-of-the-art 4k and Atmos home cinema with a 3-metre wide screen, an entertainment zone including a pool table, luxury bar, lounge area and 'Technogym' equipped gym with a flat-screen TV. A smart sound system covers the garden, terraces and has speakers in every room throughout. First Floor:  Master suite with super king size bed and ensuite bathroom (bath & shower), dressing room and access to a terrace.  3 bedrooms with king size bed, ensuite shower rooms and balconies.

All doubles apart from the master can be changed to twin rooms. Please let us know which configuration you require before arrival.

Limited Mobility - This property has a bedroom and shower room on the ground floor with little or no steps in the living areas or to the swimming pool/garden, so may be considered suitable for someone with limited mobility. As everyone's needs are different, please check with us at time of booking to ensure suitability for your group.

Additional Costs & Information

  • Tourist Tax €2 per person, per night for all guests aged 16 and over for a maximum of 5 nights for stays between April - October. €1 per guest per night between Nov - Mar. This will be charged at parity to cover processing fees.
  • Pool Heating £840 per week.  Minimum charge 1 week
  • Wooden Cot £63 per week
  • Travel Cot £56 per week
  • Highchair £42 per week
  • Please note that there may be additional utility bills for early or late season bookings. Please ask at time of enquiry
  • Saturday arrival preferred. Alternative arrival on a request basis only to avoid leaving empty days between bookings. Please always check with us to make sure the dates you require are acceptable.
  • Booking deposit 30% of the villa rental.  Balance due 8 weeks before departure
  • Please note that we cannot guarantee the pool temperature. In general, pool heaters are installed and managed according to the size of the pool and health and safety guidelines but weather conditions, such as colder nights, rain and strong winds can affect the normally achievable temperature.

"The Praca in Vale do Lobo is a fabulous place to eat, drink, socialise and enjoy the views. You will find restaurants, bars, cafes and entertainment and there is a real buzz in the summer months. Vale do Lobo resort is perfect for golf enthusiasts but there really is something for everyone so ideal for families and groups of friends wanting to be close to amenities and fabulous beaches."
Things to be aware of
"The restaurants in these resorts can also be a little bit pricey and the menus are often international, so it is worth driving inland for more authentic, traditional and reasonably priced choices."
