Villa Deni is the ideal choice for larger families or groups of friends wanting to holiday together yet enjoy some privacy. The villa is made up of 4, 100m2 apartments each with a living space and kitchen and all enjoying the beautiful and spacious garden, swimming pool and terrace. The villa is located in a quiet residential area yet very close to amenities, just 5km from the historic center of Pula, and 6km from the coast.
Inside is stylish and finished to a high standard with super modern kitchens and bathrooms and boutique hotel style bedrooms.
Outside there is a large swimming pool with water feature and hydromassage for the ultimate relaxation. A sunbathing terrace surrounds the pool and there is a huge, lawned garden which is perfect for games. There are also well-tended beds with plants and shrubs where nature can thrive.

"There is so much to love about this area. Mesmerising scenery, crystal clear waters, lovely people and THE FOOD! Foodies will love it here as there is such emphasis on gastronomy. Fresh ingredients like fish and seafood, hearty stews, fabulous olive oils and rare truffles are in abundance here."
Things to be aware of
"As with much of Croatia, the beaches are beautiful but rarely sandy. Pack your beach shoes! Many of them have pebbles and shingle which is harder underfoot but is also partly responsible for the crystal clear, turquoise, seas that you won’t see anywhere else in the world."
