Villa Deni is the ideal choice for larger families or groups of friends wanting to holiday together yet enjoy some privacy. The villa is made up of 4, 100m2 apartments each with a living space and kitchen and all enjoying the beautiful and spacious garden, swimming pool and terrace. The villa is located in a quiet residential area yet very close to amenities, just 5km from the historic center of Pula, and 6km from the coast.
Inside is stylish and finished to a high standard with super modern kitchens and bathrooms and boutique hotel style bedrooms.
Outside there is a large swimming pool with water feature and hydromassage for the ultimate relaxation. A sunbathing terrace surrounds the pool and there is a huge, lawned garden which is perfect for games. There are also well-tended beds with plants and shrubs where nature can thrive.

Apartment 4 (upper level): Open-plan living room (brown sofa) with sofa bed (suitable for young people), kitchen and access to a covered terrace with table and chairs. 2 bedrooms with king size beds. Shower room.
