There are fantastic views over the sea to the island of Caprera, Cala Figuera, the Mondragó nature reserve and all the way to the mountains around the monastery of Sant Salvador. The finca is set across two levels with two apartments each with a living room, kitchen and two bedrooms. There are several terraces, which are partly covered, and there is a unique rooftop terrace which is loved by guests of this villa.
The beautiful coves and beaches of the southeast coast are only a few minutes by bike and Santanyí and Cala Figuera can be reached by car within five minutes.
