On arrival, guests are greeted by a private driveway with plenty of parking spaces and a gorgeous garden with inviting swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and outdoor furniture. There is a lovely, covered terrace for alfresco dining equipped with a barbecue and table tennis for friendly family tournaments. For the budding chefs and food lovers, there is even a wood-burning pizza oven to create culinary masterpieces.

Inside, there is a large living room and a separate cosy seating area to curl up with a good book. The kitchen is very well equipped and there is a generous dining area for large groups.

The villa's flexible layout caters perfectly to multi-family gatherings, offering three distinct sections. Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor, ideal for families with young children. Four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms occupy the upper floor. Two of these bedrooms can be closed off to create a separate two-bedroom apartment with its own access from the back terrace.

There is so much to explore nearby. Stroll along the cobblestone streets of Pollensa, lined with charming boutiques and lively markets, or indulge in authentic tapas at local restaurants. Puerto Pollensa is a short drive away with its long stretch of golden sands, water sports and a marina. Playa da Muro beach is about a 15 minute drive and is renowned for its white sands and crystal, clear waters.

Please note: There is a stove by the living/dining area, but it is merely ornamental. For safety reasons, its use is totally prohibited. The same applies to the fire place placed in the kitchen: its use is also totally prohibited. However, the barbecue and wood-burning pizza oven placed in the back terrace are available to guests.

Additional Costs & Information

  • Saturday arrival preferred. Alternative arrival on a request basis only to avoid leaving empty days between bookings. Please always check with us to make sure the dates you require are acceptable.
  • The Balearic government require a tourist tax, payable with the final balance. For travellers over the age of 16yrs the Balearic Tourist Tax is €2.20 per person per night. This is charged at parity to allow for fluctuation rates and administration costs and will applied to your booking automatically.
  • Booking deposit 30% of the villa rental or £250, whichever is the greater amount. Balance due 8 weeks before departure.

"Away from the main, tourist areas there are some stunning and secluded beaches just off the beaten track which are well worth exploring but, remember, not all of them will have facilities so make sure you pack provisions like water and snacks just in case."
