Collette is an outstanding property, built into the cliffs of Cape Koutoulas, on the western edge of Crete. Designed using natural materials like stone and wood, the property blends harmoniously with its beautiful surroundings and enjoys mesmerising, elevated views of the ocean.

Inside, there is a comfortable living space with an open plan kitchen and huge patio doors to the terrace and sparkling sea views. There are three bedrooms. The bedroom on the ground floor has an ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub and opens up to the front deck with views of the seemingly endless blue sea. The second bedroom has a spacious duplex layout where the upper level can serve as either a living room, quiet work space or children's room. The third bedroom is particularly unique and is an elevated, 'floating' master with ensuite bathroom and a private veranda.

The exterior is impressive with a 16 metre pool running along the length of the villa and overlooking the ocean. The wooden deck perches over the cliff creating the ideal spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine with uninterrupted ocean views and is accessed via a deck from the living room spanning the pool. There is also a perfectly positioned, outdoor Jacuzzi bath for blissful relaxing in complete seclusion as the sun goes down.

Collette is next door to Nerice so is a perfect choice for larger groups wanting to holiday near each other.

Care should be taken with young children here due to the open staircases and not all of the internal steps or split levels have hand rails. It is also worth noting that the approach to the villa is a maintained but untarmacked road.
