Situated at the top of Cape Koutoula, Manolis is an elegant property, surrounded by untouched coastline. 

Inside has an eclectic design with comfort and a sense of luxury in mind. Natural stone, contemporary furniture and modern conveniences are present throughout. There is a terrific open-plan living/dining room and kitchen with enormous glass doors that spill out onto a generous terrace and swimming pool with the sapphire blue ocean beyond. There are four spacious bedrooms, each decorated in calming hues and complemented by raw stone and wooden features.

Outside is designed to showcase the breathtaking views. There are numerous places to relax here, including a private sunbathing area nestled within the rocks. The sensational atrium has a large outdoor fireplace with hanging chairs and supremely comfortable chill-out furniture.

Additional Costs & Information

  • Pool Heating £350 per week. Minumum charge 1 week. Please note that we cannot guarantee the pool temperature. In general, pool heaters are installed and managed according to the size of the pool and health and safety guidelines but weather conditions, such as colder nights, rain and strong winds can affect the normally achievable temperature.
  • Climate Resilience Tax €10 per night, payable locally in cash
  • Minimum stay 7 nights
  • Sunday arrival preferred. Alternative arrival on a request basis only to avoid leaving empty days between bookings. Please always check with us to make sure the dates you require are acceptable
  • Booking deposit 30% of the villa rental or £250, whichever is the greater amount.  Balance due 8 weeks before departure.

Refundable security deposit - 2024 - £450.00

"As you can imagine, some areas may experience overcrowding during peak tourist seasons so it?s best to book any eateries in advance and to hit the beaches early to get the best spot. Another thing to be aware of if you?re hiring a car is that there is mountainous terrain and winding roads, so be cautious when driving around the island."
