The small, picturesque village of Orasac is famous for its beautiful beaches, spring water and ancient olive groves and is to the north of Dubrovnik between Trsteno and Zaton. Through the olive groves, pine and cypress trees, the promenade takes you to the pretty bay from where there is a fantastic view of the island Kolocep.

Mormont is built across three levels and includes a roof terrace with magnificent views. The interior is decorated with white walls and splashes of colour to enhance the abundance of light that it receives. There is a glossy, white kitchen and a comfortable living room with doors to a delightful breakfast terrace.

Outside is mesmerising with panoramic views of the ocean, a good-sized terrace and swimming pool and outdoor furniture to completely relax in the Croatian sunshine.Due to the various levels and access, this villa may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.
