An elegant, seafront villa on Brac Island
Villa Lapis is on the edge of Brac island, close to Bobovisca village, and with panoramic views of the endless ocean and dramatic coastline.
Bobovisca is a small and picturesque fishing village with traditional houses, historical buildings and untouched nature.
The property has five bedrooms and bathrooms and is designed to take full advantage of its privileged position. It is a modern design with comfortable furniture and contemporary decor. The open-plan living room is situated at the top of the house and spills out to the pool terrace and seemingly floating swimming pool.
Stairs lead down to the bedrooms and a cinema room, which is completely soundproofed and the ideal place to retreat and relax away from the sun.
On the lower level are a further two bedrooms, one which has access to a terrace with table and chairs, and the other has access to the outside dining area and authentic Dalmatian fireplace and outdoor kitchen.
It is possible to arrange fridge fills, catering, treatments and a number of activities like boat trips, tours and water sports, so if you would like any help enhancing your holiday, just let us know.
This is a true summer oasis and the perfect way to enjoy this stunning island.
Please note, due to the various levels both inside and out, this may not be suitable for very young children or those with limited mobility.
