A cosy two bedroom house with private pool near Pollensa
Tito is a lovely little, traditional cottage just a short drive from Pollensa town.
The interior is full of character with wooden furniture and beamed ceilings. The living room is cosy with a wood burning fireplace and there is a well-equipped, country-style kitchen.
The exterior is glorious with an established garden, elevated swimming pool and the mountains as a dramatic backdrop. The shaded terrace is the perfect place to retreat and eat alfresco.
The main square in Pollensa Old Town is just a 20 minute walk making this an ideal choice for those who like to explore on foot. Whilst there are some grocery shops and restaurants within walking distance, we recommend hiring a car to reach the main supermarkets.

"We particularly love the traditional Mallorcan fincas with stone walls, wooden beams and bags of charm, often with a mountain backdrop across vibrant green valleys. The scenery is quite something."
Things to be aware of
"Away from the main, tourist areas there are some stunning and secluded beaches just off the beaten track which are well worth exploring but, remember, not all of them will have facilities so make sure you pack provisions like water and snacks just in case."
