Jovanna is situated at the end of a track in the residential area of La Font. Traditionally furnished, the property is welcoming and full of character.
Upon entering is a large entrance hall/dining room area with an inner archway leading into the living room which has French doors opening out to the terrace and gardens. The country style kitchen is well equipped and there is a separate utility area. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and two on the first floor.
Outside, there is a large swimming pool surrounded by an immaculate garden, lawns and pool terrace. A particularly unique feature is the conservatory to the side of the house which houses the built-in barbecue and outdoor kitchen facilities. The adjacent, covered, side terrace is perfect for alfresco meals, overlooking the pool and gardens to the mountains beyond.

Limited Mobility - This property has a bedroom and shower room on the ground floor with little or no steps in the living areas or to the swimming pool/garden, so may be considered suitable for someone with limited mobility. Things to be aware of
"Away from the main, tourist areas there are some stunning and secluded beaches just off the beaten track which are well worth exploring but, remember, not all of them will have facilities so make sure you pack provisions like water and snacks just in case."
