A lovely, secluded villa yet only a couple of minutes drive to Luz and Lagos

Vanya is situated in the sought after Funchal Ridge and is in a fabulous position, at the highest point of Monte Piscarreta, a small development of villas all set in their own grounds. The property enjoys fantastic sea views and is within a few kilometres of an array of beautiful beaches.

The villa is new to the rental market having been a cherished family holiday home for years, therefore making it one of the most well equipped around!

From the entrance hall, a staircase leads up to the large and airy open plan living/dining room. The living room is tastefully furnished with a Mediterranean colour scheme and there is an attractive dining area with a table that seats eight people comfortably. French windows from the living area open onto the upper terrace from where there are spectacular sea views over to both Praia da Luz and Lagos. From the dining area there are glass doors leading onto a delightful seating area – yet another place to enjoy the views and surroundings. 

All four ensuite bedrooms are set on the ground floor and have access to the pool terrace. The spacious and very private pool area is surrounded by sun loungers, and plenty of welcome shade. The is a covered barbecue area with seating for up to eight people and there is sufficient outside lighting, allowing for the evenings to be as enjoyable as the daytime.
