Francisco is a lovely, semi-detached villa in Almancil with gorgeous views of the surrounding countryside and the sea in the distance.

The interior is stylish and comfortable. The impressive entrance leads you to the spacious living room with doors leading to the alfresco dining terrace which overlooks the pool. The modern kitchen has a central island and all the mod cons for cooking up a feast for the family.

There are three bedrooms on the first floor, all with balconies taking full advantage of the beautiful views. The fourth bedroom is on the lower level where there is also a TV room and convenient utility room.

Outside, there is a large terrace surrounding the pool, which can be heated, and sun loungers. There is also a covered barbecue area with outside seating.

Just 20 minutes from Faro airport and a very short drive to Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, this is an ideal choice for those wanting to explore this vibrant region. Almancil has an abundance of restaurants and the ever popular Apolonia supermarket with a huge choice of produce.

Additional Costs & Information

  • From 1st November 2024 - Tourist Tax €2 per person, per night for all guests aged 16 and over for a maximum of 5 nights for stays between April - October. €1 per guest per night between Nov - Mar. This will be charged at parity to cover processing fees.
  • Pool Heating £427 per week.  Minimum charge 1 week
  • Saturday arrival preferred. Alternative arrival on a request basis only to avoid leaving empty days between bookings. Please always check with us to make sure the dates you require are acceptable.
  • Travel Cot £63 per week
  • Wooden Cot £133 per week
  • Highchair £56 per week
  • Prices may be subject to a currency surcharge
  • Although the villa has a flexible arrival day we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Please always check with us to make sure the dates you require are acceptable.
  • Booking deposit 30% of the villa rental or £250, whichever is the greater amount. Balance due 8 weeks before departure.
  • Please note that we cannot guarantee the pool temperature. In general, pool heaters are installed and managed according to the size of the pool and health and safety guidelines but weather conditions, such as colder nights, rain and strong winds can affect the normally achievable temperature.

Things we love
"The villages in these areas are largely unspoilt and most of our Loulé holiday villas are in peaceful locations with countryside views. The restaurants are usually very reasonably priced and offer authentic Portuguese cuisine. The best day to visit the market is Saturday when it doubles in size"
