Villa Shine is a beautiful property in the picturesque town of Sumartin on Brac Island. Just 200m from a stunning pebble beach and 300m from the centre of Sumartin, this is the perfect choice for those wanting to reach amenities and enjoy beach days without need to rely on a car.
The villa is a modern design, set across two floors, with three sumptuous bedrooms, two bathrooms and stylish living spaces. There is even a gym for those dedicated to staying fit whilst on holiday!
The outside areas are a particular highlight as guests can enjoy breath-taking sea views from a covered dining area which overlooks the pool. Cosy dinners under the stars, or lunches sheltered from the hot sun, this is a glorious spot to embrace the vistas.
Sumartin is on the eastern side of Brac Island and maintains a peaceful atmosphere, even during peak season. With the ferry line to Markarska connecting it to the main land, it makes travelling and exploring more accessible, but you may be forgiven for not going very far at all as there is so much beauty within a short distance! Secluded coves, lush vineyards, and the vibrant marina are all nearby. Venture a little further and guests can enjoy the nightlife in Bol, or the famous Zlati Rat beach, probably one of the most famous beaches on the island!
