Alexa is on a large plot, just a short walk from the sandy beaches of the Golden Beach area, in the southern part of the island. There are breathtaking views across to the Agean sea and the neighbouring Cycladic islands.
Spread across two levels, this villa is contemporary and stylish with a huge open plan living area decorated in soft greys and blues, and bright white walls that reflect the white exterior and is so typically Greek. Doors open out to the pool terrace and there is an abundance of light throughout. The modern kitchen has a central island and seamlessly connects with the dining area. All the bedrooms have sea views and ensuite bathrooms and are immaculately decorated in the same fresh style as the living areas.
Outside is absoutely glorious with a beautiful mediterranean garden, huge sun terrace and attractive, mosaic infinity pool. A real highlight is the outside, covered living space with comfy seating, dining furniture, barbecue and washroom.
