Melisenda is a gorgeous house, close to all the amenities that this area has to offer, including a beautiful beach and iconic sand dunes.
Located in a residential area, as well as having its own private pool, guests are able to use the communal pool situated next door which is a lovely opportunity to socialise with others and exclusive to the properties in this development.
The property is well designed with lots of areas to relax and unwind both indoors and out. The interior is welcoming and stylish with squishy sofas in the living room and a modern kitchen which features an island. There are two cosy bedrooms and a family shower room.
Outside, there is a cooling off pool surrounded by bright green astro turf and chill-out areas with sun loungers to bask in the sunshine, and a covered living space with sofas and table to retreat when it gets too hot. The alfresco area also has retractable shades.
Playa del Inglés has all kinds of facilities within a short distance from the house including supermarkets, shopping centres, beach, restaurants and more. Maspalomas and Meloneras are just a few minutes away by car and the beaches of Puerto Rico or Mogán are approximately 15-minutes away.
