The open plan living space has doors that open out to the pool terrace and garden and a dining table that converts into a pool table! The bedrooms are all great sizes and there are modern facilities throughout.
Outside, there is a walled garden with some lawned areas around the pool where there are good quality sun loungers. Guests can also enjoy the tennis court and 5-a-side football pitch, meaning the whole family are entertained.
A highlight of this villa is the proximity to numerous white sandy beaches and the wide choice of restaurants, cafes and shops in Esposende. The coastal strip stretching from Esposende to Ofir and Fao has been classified as a protected landscape area and is considered to be one of the most beautiful stretches of Portugal's northern coastline. An excellent 9 hole golf course is set on the bank of the Cavado river, about a 15 minute drive away. Oporto town centre is about a 30 minute drive away. The old town centre is classified as a World Heritage Site and was selected as Europe's Best Destination for 2017!
