Inside is impressive and spacious with elegant furnishings and modern facilities. There are high ceilings and an abundance of natural light in the living areas and the kitchen is very well equipped.

Outside is glorious with an immaculate garden, lawned area and swimming pool. 

There are a number of restaurants guests can stroll to, and Quinta da Marinha Golf, Guincho beach and Cascais are just a short drive or taxi ride away. The magical Sintra is also not far away, a beautiful town with breath-taking natural scenery and intricate architecture.

Additional Costs & Information

  • Although the villa has a flexible arrival day we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Please always check with us to make sure the dates you require are acceptable.
  • Booking deposit 30% of the villa rental or £250, whichever is the greater amount. Balance due 8 weeks before departure.
  • Prices confirmed at time of booking
  • Tourist tax €4 per person (aged 13+ years) per night up to a max of 7 nights. This will be charged at parity to cover processing fees.

Refundable security deposit - 2025 - £700.00

Things to be aware of
"A visit to the city is a must but we suggest using public transport for day trips rather than taking a car as parking is tricky. There are trams that take you round the city and we can also arrange transfers and tours from your accommodation and back again for the ultimate stress-free day out."
