Gorgeous villa near to Pollensa Town

Olva is a beautiful, stone clad country house in the residential area of La Font.

The interior has a traditional Mallorcan style, with beamed ceilings, local pine furniture, comfortable sofas and a well-equipped kitchen. It is cosy and cute with plenty of natural light. 

French windows lead to the pretty garden and pool area which is adorned with natural stone and fringed with established plants and fruit trees. There is a covered area for alfresco dining and lovely views of the mountains.

This is a great choice for families wanting to be near the town, yet feel the benefits of a relaxing countryside retreat.

Additional Costs & Information

  • All bedrooms have air conditioning/heating. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.
  • Additional Cot & Highchair £49 per item, per week
  • Saturday changeover preferred between Jun - Sep
  • Although the villa has a flexible arrival day we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Please always check with us to make sure the dates you require are acceptable
  • The Balearic government require a tourist tax, payable with the final balance. For travellers over the age of 16yrs the Balearic Tourist Tax is €2.20 per person per night for the first 7 nights.  €1.10 per person per night thereafter. This is charged at parity to allow for fluctuation rates and administration costs and will be applied to your booking automatically.
  • Booking deposit 30% of the villa rental or £250, whichever is the greater amount. Balance due 8 weeks before departure.

Refundable security deposit - 2025 - £350.00

Things to be aware of
"Away from the main, tourist areas there are some stunning and secluded beaches just off the beaten track which are well worth exploring but, remember, not all of them will have facilities so make sure you pack provisions like water and snacks just in case."
