Stylish, compact property near Moledo
Villa Ingusto is a trendy house, close to Moledo and the roman town of Caminha in the north of Portugal. It is near to the Minho river which marks the border with Spain, where many battles were fought years ago. Now on friendlier terms, there are frequent ferries across the water. Standing on a tiny island in the middle of the estuary are the ruins of the fort of Ínsua, built to defend the entrance to the river in the fifteenth century.
Inside, the house is contemporary and stylish, with bold artwork on the walls and modern furniture. There is a natural ventilation system throughout which keeps it cool in the summer.
The outside is a terrific space, showcasing the views across the landscape, with a sun deck and inviting swimming pool.
There are some unprotected drops in the garden by the swimming pool so may not be suitable for families with toddlers.
Ingusto is near to Paracoba, making these a good choice for larger groups wanting to holiday near each other.

Things we love
“Porto is the perfect size to explore by foot. Visitors will love wandering down the alleyways full of history and nostalgia, or strolling across the famous Dom Luís I Bridge before sampling some of the delicious local Port wine!”
Things to be aware of
“While the cobbled streets add character to Porto’s historic neighbourhoods, they can be challenging for those with mobility concerns. Navigating the city involves hills and uneven surfaces, which might pose difficulties for individuals with limited mobility or those pushing strollers. We recommend you wear comfortable footwear when exploring the city.”
