Fairytale property on the water's edge
Charm is a wonderful property in Ruzmarin Bay, close to Sumartin, a sweet fishing village on Brac Island. Built using beautiful Brac limestone, famously used to build the White House in Washington, the property blends seamlessly into the landscape and is reminiscent of a stone castle. Pine trees and Mediterranean plants surround the villa and, together with the sensational azure ocean views, create a sense of calm and tranquillity.
Spread across three floors, the interior of the villa is impressive and stylish. All floors are connected by a wooden staircase with a beautiful iron balustrade, while the luxurious living spaces have terraces that take full advantage of the mesmerising vistas.
Outside is a collection of stone terraces and chill-out areas with comfy seating, dining furniture and a hammock. A path leads down to the private beach area with a day bed, cushions and direct access to the sea for a daily dip. There is also a mooring for a boat here for the ultimate holiday indulgence. We can assist with boat hire and skippers upon enquiry.
It is also possible to arrange fridge fills, catering, treatments and a number of activities such as boat trips, tours and water sports, so if you would like any help enhancing your holiday, just let us know.

This villa is very close to Villa Utopia, Villa Zodiac, Gaze and Villa San, making these a good choice for larger groups wanting to holiday near each other.

First Floor (penthouse): Kitchenette. Sitting room. 2 double bedrooms (1 has an additional single bed) and ensuite bathrooms. Terraces.
