We are very proud to be offering this beautiful property in Santa Gertrudis, just minutes from the centre of the village and a ten minute drive to Ibiza Town. It has been recently renovated and refurbished with impeccable style and attention to detail, and it enjoys views over the valley and plenty of privacy.

The outside area is delightful with various terraces and chill-out areas and a stunning summer kitchen and alfresco dining area. Established planting of tropical plants, grasses and flowers adorn the terrace and garden and the exterior of the property is enchanting with original stone, natural materials and curved features that seem to blend into the landscape.

The interior is a gorgeous blend of authentic finca and modern flair and conveniences. The ground floor features a large living room with cosy, sunken seating area with a fireplace.
