We are thrilled to be offering this pretty, pastel pink house in Alicante, designed with a sense of luxury, unique style and maximum comfort for guests.
The living area has a soft, elegant style, with neutral shades and boho, beach house vibes. Pretty chandeliers and impressive wallpaper adorn the dining room and is conveniently open plan to the kitchen and utility area. The dining table seats ten people as standard and can be extended to seat twenty people. There are nine bedrooms, offering accommodation for up to 20 guests, and there is air conditioning and heating throughout, making this a great choice all year round.
Outside, there is a beautiful, curved terrace, overlooking the pool area, and there are covered terraces with plenty of outdoor furniture, where guests can dine alfresco, use the outdoor kitchen or simply relax and unwind. The heated swimming pool is saltwater, which means it uses less chemicals and is softer on the skin and swimwear. The garden is illuminated, allowing guests to make good use of the entire property from sunrise to sunset.
The Alenda Golf Club is just a few minutes’ drive and the centre of Alicante is about 20 minutes away by car. There are numerous, beautiful beaches within around 15 minutes’ drive. There is also a public football pitch within walking distance of the house, which is free to use on a first come, first served basis.
