Set on a 1500 m² plot, the villa is set across three levels, with a separate, traditional tavern for entertaining and a private tennis court. At its heart is a large heated pool with massage jets, surrounded by loungers, lush greenery and ancient and beautiful trees. The villa also features an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and bread oven, alfresco dining area and bar, creating an inviting setting for long summer evenings.

Inside, the villa is bright, stylish and thoughtfully designed. The ground floor features an elegant open-plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge opening directly onto the garden. There is also a smaller sitting room off the main living room which can be used as a children’s playroom.

Five beautifully appointed ensuite bedrooms are spread across the upper floors. Four bedrooms occupy the first floor, each with a king-size bed and private bathroom, and most with access to a balcony. The second floor hosts the impressive master suite with its own terrace, complete with jacuzzi, lounge seating and outdoor TV.

A standout feature is the charming tavern, a cosy hideaway with a billiards table, table football, a second kitchen, Dalmatian grill and a projector screen – ideal for relaxed evenings. A unique window offers a playful view into the pool. For the fitness enthusiasts, there is also a well-equipped gym.
