The property is surrounded by olive trees, wild herbs and open spaces, ideal for gatherings or quiet solitude. A hidden path leads to a secluded pebble beach with crystal-clear waters, perfect for swimming and relaxing by the shore. Dive into the heated, infinity pool, or simply relax on a sun lounger in this privileged location.
Kallos is also perfect for wellness and yoga retreats, as there is a floating yoga deck with three full sets of yoga equipment and endless sea views. Quite the spot to practise or meditate while listening to the waves.

A note from the owner...
"The house was completed in June 2024. It came into our lives almost by accident. In late 2018, just before 2019, we heard about a wild, untouched plot in Ravdoucha and decided to drive out and see it for ourselves. What we found was nothing more than a bare mountain overlooking the open sea, with a simple set of old stairs leading directly down to a hidden rocky beach. Those stairs — that quiet, poetic access to the water — instantly captured our imagination. Standing there for the first time, we knew this was the place where a dream could grow. The vision was shaped together with architect Rama Dekel Dotan, who helped translate that first spark of inspiration into a home that blends seamlessly into its surroundings and feels deeply connected to the coast and the landscape."
