The main living level is designed for seamless indoor–outdoor living, with an open-plan lounge and dining area extending onto expansive terraces. From here, sweeping sea views unfold on one side, while the other overlooks a secluded courtyard complete with a generous swimming pool and barbecue area, ideal for long, sun-soaked days.

The lower level is dedicated to leisure, offering a spacious second living area with a pool table, bar and large television, perfect for entertaining. The indoor swimming pool is a standout feature, ensuring year-round enjoyment in complete comfort.

Outside, a private grass tennis court, which can also be used as a football pitch, sits against a breathtaking ocean backdrop, elevating the villa’s appeal as both a retreat and an active getaway.
