Villa Dulce is a beautifully presented two-storey villa, conveniently located in the heart of Pollensa Old Town. This lovely villa is just a short stroll from charming shops, excellent restaurants, lively cafés, and the historic church square, home to the much-loved Sunday market where local produce and artisanal goods can be found.

The interiors are traditional and exceedingly charming. The ground floor is designed for relaxed holiday living, featuring a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with direct access to a covered terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. A generous dining room and an inviting living area provide ample space to unwind, complete with comfortable seating around an ornamental fireplace. 

Outside, the villa truly comes into its own. The impressive gardens are filled with tropical trees and plants, creating a peaceful and private setting with lovely views. Several sunny and shaded terraces provide the perfect spots for relaxing or dining alfresco beside the private swimming pool. A separate barbecue house enhances outdoor living, featuring a brick-built barbecue, food preparation area, covered dining space, and an additional shower room.

"We particularly love the traditional Mallorcan fincas with stone walls, wooden beams and bags of charm, often with a mountain backdrop across vibrant green valleys. The scenery is quite something."

Things to Be Aware of

"Away from the main, tourist areas there are some stunning and secluded beaches just off the beaten track which are well worth exploring but, remember, not all of them will have facilities so make sure you pack provisions like water and snacks just in case."

Additional costs & information

  • The Balearic government require a tourist tax, payable with the final balance. For travellers over the age of 16yrs the Balearic Tourist Tax is €2.20 per person per night for the first 7 nights.  €1.10 per person per night thereafter. This is charged at parity to allow for fluctuation rates and administration costs and will be applied to your booking automatically
  • Saturday arrival preferred. Alternative arrival on a request basis only to avoid leaving empty days between bookings. Please always check with us to make sure the dates you require are acceptable. Minimum 7 night stay.
  • Booking deposit 30% of the villa rental or £250, whichever is the greater amount. Balance due 8 weeks before departure.

Refundable security deposit - 2026 - £1000.00
