The villa features a private swimming pool and enchanting views of the sea and the surrounding countryside. Although close to the town, it enjoys the peaceful atmosphere of a secluded country retreat.
The interiors feature a stylish and fully equipped open-plan kitchen and living area, elegantly furnished and designed for comfort and relaxation. The bedrooms are spacious and feel special, with access terrace and lovely views across the landscape.
Outdoors, guests are welcomed by a generous terrace, a charming swimming pool, and an additional bathroom, ideal for enjoying long days in the Sicilian sun.
This is the perfect base for a relaxing yet culturally rich holiday. Within a short drive, guests can explore the magnificent Baroque towns of Noto, Scicli, Modica, Ragusa Ibla, as well as Syracuse and its beautiful Ortigia island.
Please note, this house is not suitable for young children due to the unprotected drops by the swimming pool.
