Both levels feature a fully equipped designer kitchen, an elegant living area bathed in natural light, two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and a dedicated laundry room. Every detail has been curated to ensure effortless living in an atmosphere of contemporary sophistication.
Completing the experience are two spectacular infinity pools. On the ground floor, a 60 sqm pool mirrors the horizon; above, a 27 sqm pool on the first floor offers a more intimate vantage point over the sweeping landscape. Together, they create a seamless dialogue between architecture, water, and the endless Sicilian sky.
Due to some unprotected drops and low railings, we do not think this is suitable for families with young children.
