There are three elegant double bedrooms on the upper floor, each featuring their own ensuite bathroom, offering privacy and comfort. On the ground floor, a private annex overlooking the pool provides an additional double bedroom with its own bathroom, ideal for guests seeking a little extra seclusion.
Outside, the immaculate gardens surround the swimming pool. Established plants, palms and cacti create a vibrant green space to relax surrounded by nature. There are some pretty shaded areas to dine alfresco, and numerous chill-out areas to soak up the sunshine before indulging in a refreshing dip in the pool.
This is a home made for family reunions, milestone celebrations, and unhurried time with friends.
Just ten minutes by car lies the historic heart of Noto, a masterpiece of Sicilian Baroque architecture and timeless charm. Cake shops, restaurants and shops are just moments away. It is worth investing a few Euros to climb the bell tower of the San Carlo al Corso Church, as the sunsets from here are well worth the effort.
