Tucked away on a peaceful road, close to the beautiful beaches of Quinta do Lago, Villa Cristiana is a recently renovated, four-bedroom villa designed for relaxed family living in the Algarve.

Combining modern comforts with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, this charming property offers an ideal setting for a memorable holiday just moments from the coast.

The villa enjoys a sunny, south-facing orientation with a private outdoor area centred around a refreshing swimming pool. A spacious terrace with sun loungers, a dedicated barbecue area and an alfresco dining space create the perfect setting for long, leisurely days outdoors and relaxed evenings with family and friends.

Inside, there is a bright and airy, open-plan living area where the lounge, dining space and kitchen flow seamlessly together. The comfortable living room is furnished with plush sofas, creating a cosy space for gathering after a day in the sun. Large sliding doors lead directly to the pool terrace, allowing natural light to flood the space, and creating an effortless connection between indoor and outdoor living.

Adjacent to the lounge is a dining area with a table seating up to eight guests, ideal for family meals or entertaining. 

Villa Cristiana offers four comfortable bedrooms designed to provide a peaceful retreat for guests. On the ground floor, the first bedroom features twin beds that can be arranged as a double upon request, along with an ensuite bathroom and doors opening onto a charming terrace. The second bedroom, also on this level, is a twin room with its own ensuite bathroom. A third versatile room on the ground floor can be used as an additional sleeping space with a double sofa bed, making it ideal for children or extra guests.

The first floor is dedicated to the spacious master suite, complete with ensuite bathroom. This room opens onto a generous private balcony, offering beautiful views across the Algarve landscape, a perfect spot to relax and unwind.

The outdoor space is a real highlight. The south-facing pool terrace is designed for both relaxation and family fun, with plenty of space for sunbathing and enjoying the Algarve sunshine. A barbecue area and covered dining terrace provide the perfect setting for alfresco meals, while the landscaped gardens offer ample room for children to play and for guests to gather and relax.

"Accommodation prices can be high in this area. We do have some properties just outside Quinta do Lago which are less expensive but still within easy reach of all the resort facilities."

Additional costs & information

  • Tourist Tax €2 per person, per night for all guests aged 16 and over for a maximum of 5 nights for stays between April - October. €1 per guest per night between Nov - Mar. This will be charged at parity to cover processing fees.
  • Pool Heating £441 per week. Minimum charge 1 week
  • Travel Cot £77 per week
  • Wooden Cot £126 per week
  • Highchair £63 per week
  • Saturday arrival preferred. Alternative arrival on a request basis only to avoid leaving empty days between bookings. Please always check with us to make sure the dates you require are acceptable.
  • Booking deposit 30% of the villa rental or £250, whichever is the greater amount. Balance due 8 weeks before departure.
  • Please note that we cannot guarantee the pool temperature. In general, pool heaters are installed and managed according to the size of the pool and health and safety guidelines but weather conditions, such as colder nights, rain and strong winds can affect the normally achievable temperature.
