Villa Grace is a luxury villa, set in the charming coastal town of Selca on the eastern tip of Brac island. Known for its stone architecture and heritage, Selca sits near Sumartin and within easy reach of Supetar and Split.
The 370 m² villa accommodates up to eight guests across four ensuite bedrooms. The views here are spectacular and the owner has thought of everything to ensure a comfortable and luxurious experience. The living spaces are stylish and use neutral, calming tones throughout with all focus on the sensational views. It also features a wellness zone, with a sauna, gym, and wine cellar.
The exterior is where the villa truly shines. Guests can enjoy a heated pool, high-quality sun loungers, dining area, summer kitchen, barbecue, and shaded lounge surrounded by palm trees, all with panoramic views of the Adriatic, Sumartin, and Biokovo mountain. A particular highlight are the private steps that lead directly to a secluded beach.
Guests also have access to bikes, kayaks, and a SUP board, ideal for exploring the island.

With so much to do, Brac is perfect for visitors eager to soak up the sights and sounds of a new place, whether hiking up Vidova Gora, the island’s highest peak, or beach hopping among its many stunning sandy shores. Brac strikes a unique balance between vibrant and peaceful, even in the peak of summer. Unlike some crowded tourist destinations, the island never feels overwhelmingly busy – there’s always a secluded beach to discover or a quiet spot in a restaurant to relax in.
While still very affordable, it’s worth noting that prices on Brac can be slightly higher than on the mainland due to its island location. That said, Croatia as a whole remains a relatively budget-friendly holiday destination, and Brac offers a variety of options at every price point for activities, dining, and nightlife.
